Brian Denham

President

Brian Denham is the President and co-founder of Centium Consulting, bringing over 30 years of experience in information technology sales, enterprise software, and ERP consulting. His expertise spans ERP implementation, business process optimization, and NetSuite consulting, making him a trusted leader in the field.

Before founding Centium Consulting, Brian spent a decade specializing in the sales of enterprise software solutions, including Oracle Applications and Infinium ERP/HR. His career includes leadership roles at ADP, Bay State Computers, and Infinium Software, where he consistently earned top sales achievement awards for his commitment to customer success. Most recently, he was a Partner and Director of Sales for Kenexa Technology’s Solutions Group, where he played a key role in driving technology adoption and strategic business growth.

Under Brian’s leadership, Centium Consulting has successfully guided companies through their transition to cloud-based ERP systems, helping businesses cut IT costs, increase operational efficiency, and simplify data management. His hands-on experience in sales strategy and technology consulting ensures clients receive tailored solutions that align with their long-term business objectives.

Known for his results-driven approach, Brian excels at building strong client relationships and delivering ERP solutions that drive measurable impact. His deep understanding of NetSuite implementation, system optimization, and change management has helped organizations across various industries achieve significant cost savings and efficiency gains.

Outside of work, Brian is an avid golfer and outdoor enthusiast. He and his wife are passionate foodies who enjoy exploring great restaurants and culinary experiences.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Karan Karandikar

Co-founder/COO

Karan Karandikar brings over two decades of experience in IT, specializing in ERP solutions, financial systems, and software development. He has successfully led large-scale NetSuite implementations, aligning technology with business goals to drive operational efficiency.

As Co-Founder of Xcelero, Karan played a key role in developing the only Verified Built for NetSuite automated testing solution, helping businesses streamline ERP implementations and reduce risk. Before Xcelero, he held leadership roles in functional consulting and project management, working with global organizations to optimize ERP performance.

Karan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the College of Engineering, Pune, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. His expertise, strategic vision, and commitment to innovation continue to drive technology-driven business transformation.
In his current role, Karan continues to leverage his deep technical knowledge and business acumen to drive successful project outcomes. His commitment to excellence and continuous improvement makes him a valuable asset to any team.

Troy Spencer

Chief Operating Officer

Troy Spencer is the Chief Operating Officer. He has been performing ERP implementations for over 25 years at various large consultancies and has focused the last 12 years on NetSuite. He assists organizations in establishing a vision for their technology initiatives that are focused on value and then coordinates program activities to ensure that the value is achieved. Troy’s extensive experience includes overseeing multi-million dollar projects across various industries, always with a focus on enhancing operational efficiencies and driving business growth. Troy's leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, ensuring that his teams remain agile and responsive to the ever-evolving technology landscape. Under his guidance, numerous organizations have successfully navigated complex digital transformations, positioning themselves for sustained success in the digital age.

Tom Zargaj

VP Business of business development

Tom Zargaj is a seasoned ERP professional with over seven years of experience in NetSuite evaluation, licensing, implementation, and optimization. As the Director of Business Development at Centium Consulting, a 5-star NetSuite partner, Tom helps businesses streamline their operations, improve efficiency, and maximize the value of their ERP investment. With a strong background in business process validation and automation, he has supported numerous organizations in transitioning from disparate systems to a unified NetSuite solution.

Before joining Centium Consulting, Tom held key roles in NetSuite sales and business development, including serving as an Account Executive at Oracle + NetSuite. His deep understanding of financials, supply chain management, and SuiteCommerce enables him to provide tailored solutions that drive measurable results for mid-market and enterprise companies.

Tom takes a consultative, results-driven approach to ERP strategy, helping companies identify inefficiencies and implement NetSuite solutions that align with their business goals. James Ramsey

Director of Support Services

With over 30 years of experience in ERP systems, James is a seasoned leader in support services and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As Centium's Director of Support Services, James has been instrumental in ensuring top-tier NetSuite support since 2009. He holds multiple NetSuite certifications, including ERP Consultant and Certified Administrator, which reflect his expertise and commitment to excellence.

James's primary focus is on providing the highest quality support, guiding customers through complex ERP challenges, and driving business outcomes through effective technology solutions. His strategic direction ensures that clients receive both responsive and proactive support that maximizes system performance and optimizes their business processes.

Before joining Centium in 2020, James was the Head of Technology and Digital Services for a prestigious consortium of global brands, including Maclaren, LaserPerformance, and Ronson International. There, he led a diverse team of internal support professionals and external consultants across multiple regions, supporting over 400 users in 20 locations spanning nine countries. In addition to his leadership role, James played a key role in defining business processes, ensuring that organizations achieved the maximum ROI from their technology investments.

James's wealth of experience, combined with his deep commitment to customer success, continues to shape the outstanding support services that Centium delivers to its clients worldwide.

Jeff Wyatt

Senior Manager NetSuite Implementations

Glenn (Jeff) Wyatt is a Senior Manager of NetSuite Implementations at Centium Consulting, bringing over 15 years of expertise in ERP strategy, implementation, and business process optimization. He has successfully led more than 50 NetSuite implementation projects, managing an average of $1.2 million in annual revenue. His experience spans businesses of all sizes, from small companies to enterprise-level organizations, across more than ten industries.

Before joining Centium Consulting, Jeff held key leadership roles at TSI - Transforming Solutions, Inc., where he served as Practice Director for NetSuite projects. In this role, he was responsible for developing internal processes, policies, and methodologies that enhanced the firm’s ability to deliver high-quality NetSuite solutions. His background also includes extensive experience in project management, organizational change management (OCM), and system architecture, ensuring clients achieve maximum ROI from their ERP investments.

Jeff is known for his ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies, helping organizations align their technology investments with long-term business goals. His leadership in cross-functional team management and process improvement has driven measurable success for his clients. His expertise in NetSuite Financials, inventory management, and system integrations—including Dell Boomi and Salesforce—has made him a trusted advisor in the ERP space.

Beyond his professional career, Jeff is an active volunteer and passionate about giving back to the community. He has served as a foster parent through Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois and is a dedicated marching band volunteer (Crew Dad) at Lake Park High School, assisting with logistics and equipment management.

Jeff holds an MBA in General Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is a certified NetSuite ERP Consultant and NetSuite Administrator.

Tony Ramirez

Vice President of Solutions

With over 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Distribution, and ERP presales, solution design, and implementation, Tony Ramirez brings a strategic and holistic approach to enterprise technology solutions. Specializing in CPG, Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Distribution, Finance, and Services, he works with small, mid-market, and enterprise-level companies to drive efficiency and scalability. Tony’s deep understanding of operational challenges allows him to design ERP solutions that not only address immediate business needs but also set organizations up for long-term success. Taking an agnostic approach, he ensures that each solution is tailored to optimize performance, streamline processes, and enhance overall business agility.

Rory Regan

Director of Consulting

Rory has been successfully providing ERP consulting services to companies across many industries, and around the globe, for 19 years. Rory began his consulting career in Deloitte’s Oracle consulting practice, where he spent 7 years implementing Oracle EBS for companies in the Life Sciences, Retail, Social Media, Publishing, Software, Consumer Products, and Manufacturing industries, along with one of the agencies of the Department of Defense. During Rory’s tenure with Deloitte, he had a proven record of success both as a hands-on consultant along with team leader responsible for managing large and complex implementation projects.

Rory began working with NetSuite in 2013 when he joined the Centium team amidst their transition from an Oracle EBS consulting practice to exclusively focusing on NetSuite. Since that time, Rory has been a key player helping to grow Centium’s NetSuite practice into what it has become today. Rory has many years of experience as a hands-on NetSuite implementation consultant and project manager, and he now oversees Centium’s overall consulting services. With 12 years of experience implementing NetSuite, Rory brings a deep understanding of NetSuite, the NetSuite ecosystem, and how to best position the Centium team to deliver for our clients.

Personal & Fun Fact

Outside of work, Rory is an avid angler who loves to spend time boating and on the water. Growing up in New England, Rory has also been a lifelong fan of Boston sports which has only continued through his years attending college in the Boston area and living in the surrounding area thereafter. Rory currently resides in Plymouth, MA with his wife and their two dogs: Mookie (boxer) and Rigby (yellow lab).
